Before entering the weight loss field, Phil worked with several Colleges and Universities in the
position of Dean of Off Campus Degree Programs where he designed and implemented degree
completion programs and served as President of American Career College for several years. He
brings his program development skills to the weight loss field and has assisted physicians in
initiating weight loss programs of their own.
